Sanitizing & deodorizingWhole-system duct and dryer vent check with before-and-after photos - you see exactly what came out of your vents
That "$99 whole-house special" is a bait ad - the real number appears once they are in your hallway, or the "clean" is a shop-vac at the register. We photograph the inside of your ducts before and after instead.
Meet the West Palm Beach Team Behind Linden Air Duct West Palm Beach
You should know exactly who’s walking through your door before we ever ring the bell. That’s how we’ve done it since 2004, and it’s non-negotiable. The crew serving West Palm Beach, from Flamingo Park down to the Estates section, is small on purpose. Every tech has been background-checked, identity-verified, and photo-badged to The Threshold Standard. We’re independent, not a franchise template. When you see a Linden van pull up on your street, the face in your email is the face at the door. Same person, every time.
Styles & brands we work with

Our People
Marcus Veale, Owner
Marcus started running duct and dryer vent jobs in Palm Beach County over twenty years ago, and he still walks job sites personally when a repair involves anything structural. His background is in airflow diagnostics and negative-pressure extraction systems, the method that pulls debris out rather than brushing it loose. He’s the one who wrote the 365-Day Done Right Promise and refused to let it become fine print. Off the clock, he rebuilds old two-stroke outboards in his garage and will talk your ear off about carburetor tuning if you let him.
Dana R., Lead Technician
Dana has been with Linden for nine years and is our lead on complex duct repair and full-system cleanings in older West Palm Beach homes, where ductwork often dates back to the original build and nobody has touched it since. She holds advanced certification in Rotobrush and Nikro equipment operation and specializes in identifying disconnected runs and collapsed flex duct without tearing open drywall. Before becoming a technician she worked in commercial building maintenance, which is why she notices the small things other people miss. She’s also a certified scuba diver and spends most weekends off Delray.
Sam T., Senior Installer
Sam handles dryer vent cleaning and vent rerouting, the jobs that require getting on ladders and occasionally fishing lint out of places it was never supposed to collect. He’s been with the company for six years and came up through the apprentice path, so he’s the one who trains new techs on the Threshold standard for door protocol: name and photo sent ahead, ID badge shown at the door, shoe covers on before stepping inside. He coaches youth soccer in Lake Worth on Saturdays and once pulled a child’s toy dinosaur out of a dryer vent in El Cid, which he still brings up at least twice a month.
Elena M., Service Coordinator
Elena is the voice you’ll hear when you call, and she’s been answering the phones for us since 2018. She schedules every job, walks homeowners through the written-price-before-work-starts process, and makes sure the tech’s name and photo go out before every single visit. Before Linden she dispatched for an HVAC company in Broward, so she knows the difference between a real scheduling system and a voicemail loop. She keeps a printed list of every neighborhood she’s helped schedule, from Palm Beach Gardens to Boynton. If you call at two in the morning, she’s the one who picks up. A live person answers 24/7, no answering service and no callbacks.
One Standard, Every Job
The Threshold Standard isn’t a marketing phrase. It’s a checklist that applies to every human who represents Linden Air Duct West Palm Beach, no exceptions. Background-checked and identity-verified before their first solo job. A clean, marked uniform. A photo ID badge shown at the door, not buried in a wallet. A written price before any work begins. A written guarantee on every repair, with a free second visit if that repair doesn’t hold. Those are standing commitments, not seasonal specials. Whether it’s a full duct cleaning in a 1960s ranch in Palm Beach Lakes or a dryer vent replacement in a new build out west of 441, the same people answer the phone, the same people show up, and the same standard applies to the work. That’s what operating independently within the Threshold Group family since 2004 means to us. You get the accountability of a national standard with the consistency of the same local crew, job after job.
