Sanitizing & deodorizingWhole-system duct and dryer vent check with before-and-after photos - you see exactly what came out of your vents
That "$99 whole-house special" is a bait ad - the real number appears once they are in your hallway, or the "clean" is a shop-vac at the register. We photograph the inside of your ducts before and after instead.
Air Duct Cleaning Before & After in West Palm Beach, FL
We could tell you our Rotobrush and Nikro equipment pulls debris other machines leave behind. We could talk about negative-pressure extraction until you drift off. But the fastest way to know whether a duct cleaning was worth the money is simple: look at what came out, and look at what stayed behind when we left. Here are real jobs from across West Palm Beach, shown the way we see them on every walkthrough.

Return-Air Chase Packed with Decades of Filter-Line Dust, Flamingo Park
Before
After
Before
AfterThe homeowner had changed the filter every few months but never looked behind it. What we found was a return-air chase lined with a half-inch of gray lint and plaster dust from a 2012 bathroom remodel. We ran the negative-pressure extraction with the Rotobrush head through both sides of the chase, then wiped the accessible return register face. The pull was strong enough to hold a paper towel against the register while we worked, which is the test we use before we pack up. Result: air moving freely, filter staying cleaner, and a homeowner who now checks the chase each fall. In Flamingo Park houses built before 1980, we see this exact pattern weekly.
Dog Hair and Sand Fouling a Split-Level Supply Run, Lake Clarke Shores
Before
After
Two golden retrievers, a lakefront lot, and a supply run that fed the living room ceiling registers. That combination puts sand and fine dog hair into places you’d never guess. We pulled several cups of matted hair from this one run using the brush head and extraction in tandem, then sealed the register face back down. The homeowners said the living room stopped smelling like wet dog within a week. If you live near Lake Clarke Shores and your dog swims regularly, your duct work is collecting more than you want to know about.
Post-Construction Drywall Dust in a Newer Build, Palm Beach Lakes

The owner had just finished a kitchen rehab and noticed a fine white film on the furniture every three days. That film was drywall dust cycling through the duct work because the contractor never covered the registers during sanding. We sealed off each register upstream, ran extraction from the return side, and worked room by room. The white-film problem stopped that same week. Any time you renovate in Palm Beach Lakes or anywhere else in the city, ask the contractor to cover your registers. If they didn’t, call us before you replace the air filter twice in a month wondering why it’s still white.
Dryer Vent Lint Trap Bypass, South End

This is a dryer vent lint trap bypass, which is the trade’s way of saying lint had gotten past the trap, past the screen, and packed itself into the vent run. The homeowner said the dryer was taking two cycles per load. We pulled a grocery bag’s worth of lint from a ten-foot run and replaced the exterior damper. Dryer went back to one cycle. Lint fires are real, and a blocked vent is the cause every time. If your dryer is taking longer than it used to, the vent is telling you something.
Duct Repair with Collapsed Flex Section, Northwood Hills

This Northwood Hills attic had a flex supply duct that had slipped off its junction and was blowing conditioned air straight into the attic. The bedroom it served was always ten degrees warmer than the rest of the house. We reconnected the section, re-strapped the run, and sealed the junction with mastic. The repair is covered by our written guarantee, with a free second visit if it fails. Attics in West Palm Beach hit 120 degrees in summer; flex duct does not tolerate sloppy installation.
